This is life-changing. I have had trichotillomania for decades and I have never found anything that I've used to successfully divert my pulling. This does the trick! The color is lovely and it feels really well made and should last a long time, as long as my cats leave it alone (I have to hide it when not in use). I love the sparkles in the ring. It makes me smile each time I use it!
I just ordered 4 more because I don't always remember to bring it with me around the house or on the go. I need one in my bag, as well as around my house.
Now if I could just figure out how to incorporate this while I'm driving...

I've had my bidge for maybe 6 months now and I love him! He comes with me on holidays, he's a great one for when I'm winding down and he still looks immaculate even though he's used so often!

This is such a fun concept! Such a cute plush, love the different beads and textures inside. Everyday I think i’ve found everything, a feel like I find another bead i’ve not come across before. Great for keeping my hands busy whilst watching TV.

Love my earrings! They came in so quick, even being out of my country. They have a nice weight to them, making them feel expensive and the ball is so fun to roll when I'm in the fidgin mood!! 🌼 Best birthday present to myself :)
