Refund policy

We hope that you would never need to request a refund for your order. However, if you do, all orders are eligible for a refund if it arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. Please email within 30 days of receiving your order to shopfidge@yahoo.com to begin the refund process.  

All products are guaranteed against defects for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Exchanges for non-defective products can be accomodated, just return the product to us and we will refund minus postage fees and you can order a replacement via the website.
