Refund policy

We hope that you would never need to request a refund for your order. However, if you do, all orders are eligible for a refund if it arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. Please email within 14 days of receiving your order to shopfidge@yahoo.com to begin the refund process.  

For our EU customers you have 14 days right of withdrawal for returns.

All products are guaranteed against defects for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Exchanges for non-defective products can be accomodated, just return the product to us and we will refund minus postage fees and you can order a replacement via the website.
