Omg this fidget charm is a must for anybody who fidgets and uses their devices regularly. I feel so thankful for this fidget charm because growing up filled with anxiety and stress regretfully has given me a habit to fidget with my teeth, which has given me lots of problems in life. I have my phone with me all the time, so the fidget charms really keep my hands off my teeth, which is fantastic and life saving.
This charm has helped me in so many freaking ways. I always need my phone with me in hand for accessibility purposes and having the fidget charm has made anxiety inducing situations much easier to battle through. Cannot recommend this phone charm fidget enough! I’m a PhD student and attached this to my uni lanyard and it’s such a subtle way for me to fidget. Being a student is super stressful all the time and anytime I feel nervous (particularly socialising or public speaking) I find myself squeezing the squishy bead or spinning the flower and it helps me SO much. It is also super durable, I have fidgeted with this almost everyday for months and it’s still in perfect condition! 10/10 product I will be buying so many more in the future to add to everything I own haha.
