These are a godsend, truly. I highly recommend getting the trio set - my autistic 4yo son enjoys using them all at once for even greater sensory feedback. I love the jewelry set. It's very stylish and wellmade. I really appreciate the idea of having the fidget as a piece of jewelry we can wear on a daily basis. Not only it helps ease the anxiety, it also look fashionable.
Bought for my tween daughter who struggles to find discreet fidgets that aren’t obvious when in her cardigan pocket at school but that are also effective for skin picking and anxiety. She is over the moon with this little guy!!! The smooth side is good for calming while the prickly hedgehog back really helps her with her skin picking and gives her something else to do instead of picking and scraping all the skin from her fingers. She loves the weight of it too, and obviously it’s very cute and doesn’t look like a fidget at all so no embarrassing questions from peers if they happen to see her with it. It is very well made and good quality too and overall just worth every penny!

I have been waiting for someone to create something like this for ages. As someone who suffers from anxiety, these are a god send and saves my own hair as if twirling my own hair I have a tendency to hair pull as well leaving me with broken sections.
I had a stroke and this has affected my spatial awareness/perception so I use it when travelling in car and I have found that it helps massively and gives me something to focus on ( I tend to pleat it for extra focus) . I also use them to calm me indoors when I feel myself getting overwhelmed.
Patiently waiting for the restock so I can purchase some more so I can have one in places where I need them as having to remember then can be stressful!
