Rings that you can pick at! This is a set of three fidget rings, all with different unique ways to fidget. I designed these as a fun fidget to wear but also with skin pickers in mind, in hope that it may be a helpful redirection for picking at skin.
- Ring one has stretchy silicone loops which you can pick and move over the larger balls back and forth.
- Ring two has three metal loops you can pick and slide along the ring.
- Ring three has ridges, indents you can pick at for a satisfying texture.
The adjustable rings offers subtle single or double handed fidgeting. They are made out of 304 Stainless Steel so won't tarnish, rust etc. It's also waterproof! This is the silver colour Stainless Steel.
The ring is open at the bottom so is easily adjustable and is based on a US size #6. The rings are 16.5mm diameter and the band is 1.5mm diameter.
The rings are only available as a set of three.
All Fidge products have a 12 month warranty.

I can't even express it, how much i love this rings. I suffered a lot cause of skin picking and I never found anything that could actually help, but these are AMAZING, thank you!!!
I love everything about these rings! The design is amazing and the closest thing I've found to skin-picking. I love that they are functional but not bulky or an obvious fidget, so that I can wear them every day. Also super excited that they are stainless steel and waterproof. The price for 3 is very reasonable and totally worth it!
These rings are honestly brilliant. Having tried other fidget rings which failed to help, I must admit I was sceptical. My daughter is using these every day to help combat the skin picking, her favourite is the thin ridged one, she finds it very satisfying. I am honestly over the moon to have finally found something that is helping her! Thank you!!!
